ISKO: More jobs for Senior Citizens and PWDs in Manila

The Manila City government on Wednesday, February 19, met with the Jollibee Food Corp. (JFC) Metro Manila Marketing Team to further promote the city government's initiative of providing equal career opportunities for senior citizens and persons with disabilities.

The representatives of JFC proudly shared and assured Domagoso of the establishment's consistent hiring efforts in line with the program.

"Naka-two batches na po kami, na-orient na po namin 'yung second batch," one of the Marketing heads said.

Domagoso emphasized the importance of the an all-encompassing local government, free of prejudice and preference.

"The policy of the city government is to be as inclusive as much as possible. That's why I want to adapt these foreign policies, if they can do it abroad, why not here? We can hire seniors and PWDs to be more productive citizens," the Mayor remarked.
